RYALL Structural Engineers provided full structural and civil engineering services for the extension and renovation of this existing 1960s bungalow in Chudleigh.
The works aim to open up the front of the property to the wider views of the open countryside to the front whilst providing much needed light and an open entertaining space. It also establishes a clear main entrance to the property.
The front façade of the property has been improved with a high quality extension which incorporates vertical cedar cladding and anthracite grey and aluminium windows throughout, including full height pitched glazing.
The property was constructed using traditional construction, but steel framing was required around elevations that contained large amounts of feature glazing
